French term or phrase: Potence (fashion)
Does anyone know what this word might refer to in terms of clothing? I've not got much context (no pic) but 'potence à l'intérieur' is part of a list of features of a women's shirt. I wondered whether it might be a loop in the back of the neck to hang it up but I'd appreciate confirmation as I'm only guessing! And what would you call this in English anyway?!
