TIA for any help!

1. Room changes (if within the same establishment); 2. "walking"/if to another

Explanation:
"Délogement" could have two different meanings:
1. a room change during a guest stay (for any number of reasons-toilet out of service, an unexpected stayover, a guest complaint on noise, etc.); or
2. "walking" a guest to another lodging due to an overbooking which could be the result of a property's revenue management strategy or simple human error

Example sentence(s):
  • Hotel industry term for the practice of lodging an arriving guest at another hotel (typically 1 night), because the reserved accommodation cannot be made available to him due to overbooking. Usually the erring hotel pays the expenses of the "walked" guest
  • Méthodologie de délogement interne: il s’agit du changement d’établissement à l’arrivée du client ou durant son séjour, suite à de l’overbooking ou une erreur de chambre réservée ou un incident technique.
