Comme c'est un label, je pensais le laisser tel quel et mettre une explication entre parenthèse mais j'ai peur que ça ne soit trop long :
"Villages étape (Villages near a motorway or dual carriage-way providing a complete set of services and amenities)" ou bien le traduire par "stopover villages" ... Qu'est-ce que vous en pensez ?
