(Lenk-) Buhne Explanation: Das ist die Übersetzung bei Pons für spur dike (s. Ref-Beitrag für den Umweg über das Englische). Ganz zufrieden bin ich noch nicht damit, denn folgende Quelle definiert den Begriff enger als die altbekannte Buhne am Strand: www.ars.usda.gov › oxford-ms › docs 9 mars 2020 - A spur dike can be defined as an elongated structure having one end on the bank of a stream and the other end projecting into the current. Es geht also schon spezifisch um Flussströmungen, und zwar sind diese Leitmauern sichtlich vom Pfeiler oder sonstigen zu schützenden Teil her stromaufwärts gerichtet. Hoffe, das hilft zumindest ein wenig! |
