Weisse Rübe oder Schellenförmige Rübe Explanation: Ist ja echt nicht leicht zu finden. Ich habe im Larousse Gastronomique nachgeschaut und da steht, daß die Weisse Rübe - Navet - nach ihrer Form klassifiziert wird. Es gibt noch: le milan, rond, bland à collet violet, le nantais und le croissy. Manche lang, manche rund und manche mit violettem Rand. Weisse Rüben sind sie alle. Ich habe aber keinen deutschen Namen gefunden. Grelot ist ja Schelle also wird es auch auf die Form zurückzuführen sein. |
