Dann fand ich: http://books.google.de/books?id=utt2vDsGfwYC&pg=RA2-PA19-IA9... Früchte kristallisiert man da mit Zucker. In Ihrem Satz wird halt der Grünkohl mit Salz kristallisiert. Daher ist mein Vorschlag "mit feinstem Meersalz kristallisierter Grünkohl" (damit ist das auch klar, dass nicht um Zucker sondern um Salz geht und so übersetzt man ja auch "fleur de sel" Voilà! -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 6 heures (2009-10-25 22:02:36 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Dann wird es halt "mit feinstem Meersalz kristallisierter WIRSING" Wäre gut, wenn jemand seine Meinung mal über "kristallisiert" sagen würde. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 7 heures (2009-10-25 22:55:19 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Je viens de remarquer que "cristalline de chou vert à la fleur de sel" venait du commentaire de Gisela. Mit Mehrsalz Kristallisierte Kohlblaetter Explanation: Abbiamo discusso in lungo e in largo. che tipo di cavolvo è? nessuno lo sa.- e ogni cuoco dice la sua - io dico semplicemente : foglie di cavolo ecc. |

Posez-les sur une plaque et faites les sécher, 2 h, à four préchauffé (th.3 - 90°C).
