Melonenscheibe übergossen mit Cartagena Likörwein Explanation: das mit mit "granité", na ja, da bin ich nicht so sicher. Heisst ja eher körnig - und ev. meint man hier die Körner der Melone, die mit dem Likör getränkt werden. A la cartagène, da bin ich mir aber sicher: trotz dem Namen, der an die spanische oder kolumbianischen Städte Cartagena erinnert, handelt es sich um einen typischen Weinlikör-vin de liqueur du Languedoc. |

Melonenstickerei Frappé mit Cartagena-Likörwein Explanation: "Dentelle" haben wir wörtlich übersetzt. Man müßte es sehen, um wirklich zu wissen, was das ist (Scheiben, Späne, oder sonst was). La créativité en cuisine, et dans le langage culinaire, semble sans limite. Pour "granité", nous pensons que "frappé" pourrait convenir, voir links plus bas. D'accord avec e-rich pour Cartagena-Likörwein. http://www.mercichef.com/Recettes/EntreesFroides/GraniteMelo... / Évidez 1 des melons et passez sa chair au mixer avec le sucre, le Kirsch et le jus de citron. 2 / Versez ce mélange dans un récipient et mettez le au congélateur. Toutes les 20 à 30 minutes remuez ce mélange avec une fourchette. Répétez ainsi régulièrement cette opération pendant 3 heures. 3 / Coupez l'autre melon en 2 avant le service et évidez-le en prélevant la chair en petites billes.
