Juste une supposition Explanation: Wir stellen uns vor, Du möchtest folgende Seite übersetzen (www.petitnice-passedat.com/fr/ cuisine/menus/decouverte.html), wo nämlich "chanvris" zum einzigen Mal in google erscheint. Die Seite ist ziemlich seltsam, da sie Wörter benutzt, die sonst keiner zu kennen scheint (wie z.B. panurée). "Rares Chanvris à l'émulsion de leur carcasse" ist also das Problem. Wir stellen uns vor, daß "Rares" substantiviert ist, und zwar im Sinne von "coquillages/mollusques/crustacés rares". Zweitens wäre "chanvris" eine Wortschöpfung für "mit Kannabis/Hanf gekocht". Du wirst weitere Webseiten finden, mit den Wörtern "cannabis, cuisine, provençale", etc. Das Wort "émulsion" ist klar und "carcasse" (Knochengerüst/Schlachtkörper/Schale/Hülle) ist also die Hülle vom Krustentier. Endlich wäre : "seltene Krustentiere in ihrer Schale mit Hanfemulsion". Diese Angaben sind, wie immer, ohne Gewähr, hahaha! Das war aber nicht leicht. Bonne chance The Birdies |
