Blutwurstpüree Explanation: Analog zu "pommes de neige" - Kartoffelschnee. "Kartoffelschnee" ist nicht das Gleiche wie "Kartoffelpüree", aber da es hier um "en fine neige" geht, passt "Püree" m. E. genau. Ich halte es auch für recht eindeutig, dass es bei dem "en fine neige" um die Konsistenz der Wurst geht. "Blutwurstpüree" findet sich ein paar Mal auf Speisekarten, z.
