von kräftigem Huhn Explanation: "poulet gris von kräftigem Huhn" (falls der Eigenname stehen bleiben soll) Jedenfalls ist es das Gegenteil von "mager", es soll zum Ausdruck kommen, dass an dem Huhn "was dran" ist. |

Fleisch mit Biss Explanation: ich kann mich noch gut daran erinnern, als ich das 1° Mal ein richtiges Freilandhuhn vom Bauern verabeitet habe: kraeftige Keulen, grosse Brust, und ich unfaehig es lang genug zu braten., gewohnt an die Supermarkthaehnchen. |
