Hallo,

ich übersetze momentan die Produktpräsentationen für eine kosmezeutische Pflegeserie, in der auch die Eigenschaften der verschiedenen Wirkstoffe aufgeführt werden.

Unter anderem steht dort: "- prévient les modifications de structure de la matrice conjonctive sous-épidermique".

Ich bin mir unsicher, ob "sous-épidermique" einfach als Synonym von "sous-cutanée" (= subkutan) zu betrachten ist?

Oder ist eine andere Übersetzung hier zutreffender?

Vom Wortsinn her ist subepidermal etwas anderes als subkutan – das erste schließt die Dermis mit ein, das zweite nicht. Wo genau diese Kosmetika wirken sollen (sprich: ob auch die Dermis eingeschlossen sein soll), ist vielleicht deinem Text zu entnehmen.

Letztlich sind "subkutan" und "subdermal" offenbar Synonyme, wobei subkutan gebräuclicher ist.

Jedenfalls scheint es in deinem Text um das Unterhautbindegewebe zu gehen.

Asker: Hallo Anne, vielen Dank für die Erklärung! Ich habe mich letztendlich für subepidermal entschieden, da das Kosmezeutikum auch in der Dermis wirken soll. (Danke auch für den Link von Gisela).
