Festauftrag als commande ferme ist mir bekannt, aber commande ouverte? freibleibend/offen/unverbindlich? Es handelt sich um einen Liefervertrag (Automobilteile), am Anfang des Vertrags sind verschiedene Nummern angegeben, u.a. die Numéro de commande ouverte

Mir fällt leider der deutsche Ausdruck nicht mehr ein aber vielleicht hilft eine kurze Erklärung:
Eine "commande ouverte" ist ein Auftrag, bei denen alle Bedingungen, wie z.B. Liefertermine, von vornherein noch nicht 100%ig festgelegt werden.
Beispiel Liefertermine : Der Kunde bestellt 500 Tonnen Stahlbleche für das Jahr 2004, die Mengen werden nach und nach abgerufen.

Vielleicht dann --> Rahmenauftrag
(kenne ich von der Stahlindustrie eben ;O)

C\'est un contrat sur lequel : - La prestation est décrite - Les prix sont fixés - L\'ordre de grandeur du nombre de prestations qui seront commandées dans l\'année est donné. Toutefois une tolérance en plus ou en moins est acceptée. L\'usage la situe à plus ou moins 15 %. - Les dates de mise à disposition varient selon les ordres émis par l\' (les) acheteur(s) bénéficiaire(s). C\'est une façon commode de ne pas avoir à re-négocier chaque fois les conditions de la commande. On dit que \"l\'on tire sur la commande ouverte\".
