Explanation:
Ich glaube eher, dass es sich hier um eine schriftliche Stellungnahme (prise de position) handelt. Denn auf dem Nukleargebiet hat wohl eine Zettelwirtschaft keinen Platz. <"fiche de position" nucléaire> gibt mit dem Google einige einschlägige Treffer, ohne dass ich eine deutsche Entsprechung gefunden hätte.
