In Frankreich besteht ein Lottoschein (bulletin Loto) aus zehn Kästchen (grilles) und alle zehn können angekreuzt werden. Nur im Super Loto gibt's auch Scheine mit nur fünf Kästchen.

Explanation:
Ich weiss nicht, wie in De die Lottoscheine aussehen, aber in Frankreich sind auf einem Lottoschein mehrere "grilles", d.h.
man kann (insgesamt glaube ich acht) verschiedene Zahlenkombinationen spielen. Mit "grilles" sind diese Vierecke von 1-49 gemeint. Lottoschein ist wahrscheinlich, wie von Michael angegeben, die beste Lösung.
