agree  Wolfgang HULLMANN: Allerdings: ein Pauschalentschädigung muss nicht endgültig/abschließend sein; so gibt es "monatliche Pauschalentschädigungen", auch wenn normalerw. in e-m anderen Zshang. Außerdem würde ich eher von "Abfindung" bei Arb-Vertr.-Kündigung sprechen.
