Es geht um einen Kreditkartenantrag, in dem sich der folgenden Satz findet:

"Nantissement des avoirs du compte à concurrence d'une valeur de gage librement déterminée par la banque à hauteur de la limite maximale mensuelle de paiements"

So wie ich den Satz verstehe, erfolgt die Verpfändung der Kontoguthaben in Höhe eines Werts, den die Bank nach freiem Ermessen in Höhe der monatlichen Obergrenze festlegt.

Nur - wo liegt hier das freie Ermessen, wenn sich der Wert nach dieser monatlichen Grenze bemisst?
