Le Client est tenu de vérifier l'état de l'emballage ainsi que les Articles lors de la Livraison.
Il appartient au Client d'émettre les réserves et les réclamations qu'il estime nécessaires, voire de refuser le colis, lorsque le colis est endommagé à la Livraison.
Le Client pourra, s’il le souhaite, demander au Transporteur de renvoyer le colis, lequel devra être accompagné d’un « constat de spoliation », dont le Client conservera une copie.
