der oben genannte Begriff taucht in einem "contrat de location avec option d'achat" in Bezug auf ein Boot und in einem "contrat de crédit-bail mobilier bateau" auf, und leider gibt es nicht viel Zusammenhang.

Es folgt eine Tabelle mit folgender Aufteilung:

1. Tabellenzeile:
OPTION D’ACHAT H.T.
DE LA BASE LOCATIVE + TVA EN VIGUEUR
(Die beiden Begriffe stehen in einer dreispaltigen Zeile, jeweils in der ersten und letzten Spalte, während die mittlere Spalte leer ist. Leider kann ich das hier nicht genauso wiedergeben.)

2. Tabellenzeile:

LOYERS EN % DE LA BASE LOCATIVE
Hors assurances
ASSURANCES
En % du prix de facturation TTC par loyer
(Diese Begriffe stehen in einer vierspaltigen Zeile, wobei die Spalten aber nicht mit der oben beschriebenen Zeile identisch sind.)

Später heißt es in einer Fußnote:
Le net financé correspondant au prix TTC de la base locative déduction faite du 1er loyer.

Kann ich "base locative" mit Mietwert bzw. Leasingwert übersetzen? Kopfzerbrechen bereitet mir vor allem die Tabellenspaltenüberschrift "de la base locative + TVA en vigueur", weil ich nicht weiß, ob es sich bei "de la" um einen Genitiv handelt und wenn ja, worauf er sich bezieht.
