NOT FOR GRADING Explanation: im Sinne problembewußten Übersetzens: éléction de domicile: Wahl eines Ortes, an dem eine der Parteien zur Ausführung eines Vertrages Wohnsitz anmeldet, oder bereits ansässig ist. D.h. bei einem Vertrag die Wahl des zuständigen Gerichtsstands, oder eines ministeriellen Vertreters (Notar...), in dessen Kanzlei der Vertrag zur Unterzeichnung kommt. For = kommt aus dem Lateinischen FORUM und bezeichnet ebenfalls den Gerichtsstand (tribunal, juridiction). wird noch in manchen juristischen Ausdrücken verwendet, wie eben diese "élection de domicile et for", wo es einen Pleonasmus bildet. Anderes Beispiel: loi du for (privilège de juridiction. |
