Hallo,

vielleicht kann mir jemand sagen, was hier mit "par le mépris" gemeint ist.
Zum Kontext: Es geht darum, dass nach einem Hauskauf, in dem betreffenden Gebäude Termiten gefunden wurden, obwohl das Nicht-Vorhandensein dieser Insekten bescheinigt worden war und obwohl zweimal eine (offensichtlich wirkungslose) Termitenbekämpfung durchgeführt worden war, nämlich von der SARL Y, die jetzt mit angeklagt ist.

Par contre est engagée la responsabilité de la SARL Y qui a procédé à des traitements radicalement inefficaces puisque alors que les boiseries traitées auraient dû résister aux termites pendant 10 ans à compter de 19.., les consorts A avaient signalé des attaques à ce niveau dès 20.. que la Y a traité... *par le mépris*, et que en 20.., soit alors que la garantie courait toujous, des termites vivants sont réapparus...
