...... le recours doit ètre adressé par lettre recommandée....... au Fonctionnaire technique compétent sur recours - Service public de Wallonie c/o Direction générale opérationnelle de l'Agriculture, des Ressources naturelles et de l'Environnement, .... - dans un délai de vingt jours :
- à dater de la réception de la décision pour l’exploitant et les Collèges communaux des communes où le projet est prévu de s’implanter ;
- à dater du premier jour de l'affichage de la décision pour les autres personnes. Si la décision est affichée dans piusieurs communes, le délai est prolongé jusqu’au vingtième jour suivant le premier jour de l'affichage dans la commune qui y a procédé la dernière.

Wenn der Beschluss in mehreren Gemeinden am Anschlagbrett veröffentlicht wird, wird die Frist bis zwanzig Tage nach dem ersten Tag der Aushängung in der Gemeinde, wo sie zuletzt angeschlagen wurde, verlängert???
