Explanation: Ich habe im Internet nur eine Fundstelle gefunden und die bezieht sich auf ein Gericht in Togo (stammt der Text aus diesem Rechtskreis?). Dort geht es um ein Strafverfahren vor diesem Gericht. Vgl.: http://www.togoforum.com/TL/TL04/PTT032104.htm Ansonsten würde ich den Begriff stehen lassen und u.U. "so genannt" hinzufügen, also z.B. "das Verfahren vor dem so genannten Tribunal de première instance de troisième classe"... Ansonsten habe ich inzwischen zwei übersetzende Muttersprachler befragt und keinem ist der Begriff geläufig.
