Bei Anträgen (conclusions) wird dieses "subsidiairement" immer mit hilfsweise übersetzt. Erklärung: Meist wird ein erstes Begehren gestellt und für den Fall, dass man mit diesem Begehren nicht durchdringt, wird "hilfsweise" ein zweites Begehren gestellt.

So viel dazu. Allerdings wäre es gut zu wissen, worum es in deinem Dokument geht. In welchem Teil deines Dokuments kommt dieser Abschnitt denn vor? Im übrigen ist "réclamation" weiblich...
