ZZZ rachetée par XXX SA en 1994 a conservé son nom pour ne pas perturber sa clientèle et son image sur son marché et le comportement de ZZZ sur le marché est resté strictement identique à celui qu’elle avait du temps où elle était détenue par YYY.

Ces éléments et ceux annexés au présent mémoire permettent d’attester de cette autonomie alors que la position de la Commission sur une prétendue absence d’autonomie ne se fonde quant à elle que sur des **apparences théoriques**.
