Nummer des Artikels zur Besteuerung Explanation: Ich könnte mir vorstellen, dass es hier um den jeweiligen Artikel im Besteuerungsgesetz geht, so dass man z. B. bei "Artikel XY zur Besteuerung" gleich weiß was Sache ist. Sicher bin ich mir aber keinesfalls, deswegen niedrige Antwortsicherheit. Siehe z. B. Eine theoretische Möglichkeit fällt mir noch ein: Man bekommt, in Abhängigkeit von den Artikel, nach dem man besteuert wird, eine Nummer zugeteilt, die mit der Nummer des Gesetzesartikels beginnt (??) |

Son article 17 charge l’institution centrale des statistiques, l ’ONS, de tenir et de mettre à jour un répertoire des agents économiques et sociaux auxquels est attribué un Numéro d’Identification Statistique (NIS). D’autre part, les ordonnances N° 95-27 du 30/12/95 ainsi que celle N° 96-31 du 30/12/96 sont venues conforter les textes précédents en faisant obligation aux opérateurs économiques nationaux d’utiliser le matricule fiscal (qui n’est autre que le NIS) et fixant les délais de sa mise en pratique au 31/12/99. L’ordonnance N° 95-27 du 30.12.95 portant sur la loi des finances pour l’année 1996, stipule par son article 21 que les opérateurs économiques ayant des activités dans les conditions de gros doivent appuyer leurs déclarations aux services fiscaux par, entre autres informations, de leur identifiant national et le numéro d’article d’imposition. Enfin, la loi des finances pour l’année 2002, a levé la confusion entre les deux appellations de l’identifiant national (matricule fiscal et numéro d’identification statistique) pour ne retenir que la seconde appellation - Numéro d’identification statistique (NIS)-.
