Ich habe für Céruse nur Bleiweiss gefunden und das kann hier nicht gemeint sein, denn kein Hotel heute würde damit werben, dass seine Möbel mit giftigen Bleiweiss verschönert sind. Aber etwas weiss wirkt das "bois cérusé" schon und es könnte ein Anhaltspunkt sein.

  -> OK. Gemasert ist vielleicht nicht der genau richtige Begriff. Aber siehe doch die Definition oben: "Holz, das so behandelt ist, dass die Maserung hervortritt". // Vielleicht "Holz mit speziell hervorgehobener Maserung".
