Hallo,

ich habe gestern schon eine sehr hilfreiche Antwort zu einem verwandten Begriff erhalten:

EBNA steht für das "EB-Nukleäre-Antigen", das einige Wochen nach der Infizierung mit EBV auftritt. Das Zeil der Studie, deren Beschreibung ich übersetze, besteht in der Bildung der EBNA-Antikörper:

Etude clinico-biologique visant à démontrer l’efficacité du médicament X dans le traitement de la MNI chronique avec apparition d’IgG anti-EBNA à un taux significatif

Im weiteren Verlauf des Textes taucht der Begriff "EBNA" meistens in Kombination mit "IgG anti" auf, an manchen Stellen aber steht nur "EBNA", was ja eigentlich impliziert, das nicht der Antikörper, sondern das Antigen gemeint ist. Doch das wäre ein Widerspruch, weil dann das Ziel der Studie nicht erreicht wäre.
Ich bin mir jetzt nicht sicher, ob ich an den Stellen, an denen nur "EBNA" steht, trotzdem "EBNA-Antikörper" übersetzen soll oder es so übernehmen soll. Danke für Hinweise!
