(IGE) o.n.A. Explanation: Das sieht mir aus wie eine Diagnose in Anlehnung an den Diagnoseschlüssel ICD-10. Da gibt es im englischen das Kürzel "NOS" für "not otherwise specified", und das haben die Franzosen hier (entgegen ihrer sonstigen Gewohnheiten ;-) wohl geborgt. Die deutsche Entsprechung ist "o.n.A." (ohne nähere Angaben), manchmal findet man auch noch "a.n.k." (anderenorts nicht klassifiziert). "IGE" für idiopathische generalisierte Epilepsie ist m.E. nicht gängig; die Abkürzung mag der eine oder andere definiert haben, der irgendeinen Text darüber verfasst und nicht jedesmal den vollen Ausdruck schreiben will.
