es geht um einen kleinen Text über Viagra. Gibt es einen korrekten Begriff für "molécule active"? Nur aktives Molekül googelt nicht überragend auch Wirkmolekül nicht.

Stimmt, das wird ziemlich synonym verwendet.
Dann kannst du je nach Kontext ja auf "Substanz", "Arzneistoff" oder "Medikament" (wie Harald vorschlägt) ausweichen.

Nur dass "molecule" nicht grundsätzlich mit "Medikament" gleichgesetzt werden darf, denn in einem Medikament sind meist neben dem "molecule" noch andere Stoffe enthalten.
