Verspotten - Spötter, wäre dann das Substantiv,
und natürlich das bayerische "Derblecken", das es bereits in den deutschen Wortschatz geschafft hat, die zugehörige Substantivgruppe "bleckada Hundling" würde ich in einem geschrieben Text allerdings nicht verwenden.
