Textauszug aus dem Link unten: This painting is the scene of the qamargah, a spectacular hunt in the style of the Timurids. A particular area was earmarked and all the game within it was driven towards the centre from the outer edges. As the circumference is drawn in like a noose, the trapped animals are hunted down. The nobles of the court and the emperor are in the midst of action here. On oxen carts and horses, they have surrounded the animal. Trained leopards with collars around their necks are used to round up the hunt. The antelopes and the fawns here have no escape route and are destined to die at the hands of the emperor.
