Text aus einer Film-Synopsis (CH-F) (Vater-Sohn-Beziehung, Sohn ist in Erziehungsanstalt):

"X commence contre toute attente à se désintoxiquer, rend visite à son fils et entreprend des démarches pour obtenir sa garde. Y (son fils), habitué à ce qu’il ne tienne pas ses promesses, préfère ne pas y croire. Mais, petit à petit, il reprend espoir et **se reconstruit**."

Mir kommt momentan nur "gesund werden" "sich aufpäppeln" in den Sinn (aber der Sohn ist nicht krank, eher im psychologischen Sinn).

"Doch nach und nach schöpft er wieder Hoffnung und wagt einen Neuanfang."

Das ist meine Idee zum Kontext. Der Sohn wagt ja mit der Zeit einen Neuanfang in der Beziehung zum Vater.
