ARTICLE 4 – VALIDITE DU MARCHE

Le présent marché entre en vigueur avec effet rétroactif au 5 avril 2004.

Toute cession partielle ou totale du présent marché par l’une des entreprises membres du groupement doit recevoir l’agrément exprès et préalable du Maître d’Ouvrage. A défaut de réponse du Maître d’Ouvrage dans un délai de deux mois, l’agrément sera réputé obtenu. Le concessionnaire sera, dès lors, entièrement substitué dans les droits et obligations résultant du présent marché.
