Parce que ces cassettes, ces bandes vidéo, des années, du début de la vidéo se désagrègent, partent en poussière et collent les têtes et j’ai jeté tous mes rushes parce que c’est inhumain comme travail pour les restaurer donc tout ce qui n’a pas été monté en IVC quant à moi est perdu, tout ce qu’on sait sur les problèmes de restauration qui vous appelle à beaucoup de modestie en vidéo puisque tout s’efface.

Inoltre, mi sapreste dire come avete interpetato l'ultima frase (da tout ce qu'on sait), perché non mi è molto chiara... Grazie!

secondo me vuol dire che "depositano colla sulle testine (del videoregistratore)", ho letto che i nastri restaurati possono incollare le testine. Per l'ultima frase direi che manca qualche pezzo, è presa da un forum per caso?

L'umidità dell'aria viene assorbita dai collanti che legano lo strato magnetico alla striscia di poliestere che fa da supporto.

Il collante si altera, lo strato magnetico diventa appiccicoso e il legame con il substrato si indebolisce, a quel punto quando il nastro passa davanti alle testine rimane parzialmente incollato e lascia il residuo.
