En ce cas, il me semble qu'avec "hébergement" on indique simplement la mise en ligne du site sur un domaine qui n'appartient pas à la société proposant ce service (ou qui est tout à fait autonome par rapport à son site institutionnel).

Il est vrai qu'on traduit souvent "hébergement" par "hosting" en italien, mais "hosting" correspond à un service accordant un espace doté d'un ensemble d'outils (bases de données, gestion e-mails, langages de scripting...).
Dans cette phrase, par contre, l'accent est mis sur le fait qu'on assure l'hébergement du site avec un suivi de tous les aspects liés à sa mise en ligne. Voilà pourquoi là je n'utiliserais pas "hosting" en italien.
