cuiller à sauce individuelle Explanation: Ho trovato "cuiller à sauce individuelle" che permette di tirare su la salsa senza alzare il piatto o usare il pane. Potrebbe trattarsi di questo tipo di cucchiaio se pensiamo anche al confort a cui riferisce la frase. Ovvero lo chef può distribuire meglio la salsa contando poi sull'ausilio del famoso cucchiaio per degustarla. Dalle foto non si capisce benissimo pero' mi sembra che sia anche più piatto rispetto ad un normale cucchiaio. Comunque è solo un'idea, non sono affatto sicura! Buon lavoro! E non sembra si riferisca al gesto con il quale si distribuisce la salsa.
