Explanation:
è vero che "parfum" viene usato spesso per "gusto" e "aroma" ma penso che in questo caso si tratti proprio di spezie ( leggendo la lista che segue il termine). O almeno, in una lista di ingredienti originale in italiano penso troveremmo questo termine.
