Ci sono svariate opzioni sul web. Secondo le mie ricerche, Nikon lo chiama semplicemente telecomando (vedi primo link - la frequenza radio è la stessa, forse è lo stesso prodotto). Ho trovato anche "radiocomando" (secondo link).

Io metterei semplicemente "telecomando", o "telecomando flash" al limite, anche se non è giusto perché col telecomando si possono fare molte altre cose oltre a far azionare il flash (sequenza di scatti, controllare il tempo di esposizione, ecc.)

Lascia perdere la source, ripetono semplicemente la stessa cosa in francese e in inglese, non esiste nessuno telecomando che Nikon abbia chiamato Radio Remote come nome di prodotto.
