In un contratto relativo all'ottenimento di un prestito, un articolo recita: le client autorise ABC à prélever à leur date le montant des échéances, ainsi que tout le montant éxigible dû en vertu du présent contrat par le débit du compte dont il serait titulaire chez elle. Suppongo che "il" si riferisca al soggetto che ottiene il prestito, elle la banca/finanziaria, quindi direi "con addebito diretto sul conto di cui il soggetto sarà titolare/intestatario presso ABC stessa." Mi chiedevo però se ci fosse qualche formula che al momento mi sfugge. Merci d'avance!
