Per quanto riguarda l'analisi logica, l'aggettivo couvert (singolare) si riferisce a "crédit", non à "engagements". Tuttavia "exécuté-e-s" non ha motivo di essere al femmminile plurale tranne se è stato erroneamente accordato a "opérations" (lasciando la prima parte della frase orfana). Una svista?
