Contesto: condizioni generali per la prestazione di assistenza medica da parte di un ospedale svizzero a pazienti che non dispongono di un'assicurazione medica di base (prevista dalla legge svizzera) o stipulata con un assicuratore convenzionato con l'ospedale in questione.

En l’absence de l’une ou l’autre garantie ci-dessus ou si les frais ne devaient pas être pris en charge par l’organisme compétent pour les patients au bénéfice d’une Carte Européenne d’Assurance Maladie (CEAM), LES FRAIS D’HOSPITALISATION ET DE SEJOUR AMBULATOIRES SERONT A VOTRE CHARGE.
