peer agreement (net): +1"casseruola" monoporzione Explanation: marmite (con una t sola) evoca qualcosa di abbastanza alto con 2 manici e un coperchio che va sul fuoco: casseruola rende bene l'idea; se invece ritieni che l'idea è quella di una vaschetta più bassa potrebbe andare anche tegame. Tuttavia vedo che vari siti francesi usano il termine nell'accezione "aliment cuit servi dans un bouillon au restaurant" e quindi la ricetta "en marmite" diventa un piatto presentato in una ciottola tipo terracotta con due manici. Ciotola potrebbe essere più adatto come termine per un piatto monoporzione, magari da riscaldare nel microonde e da mangiare direttamente senza travarsarlo in un piatto |
