pero invertirei l'ordine delle operazioni perché la descrizione data è già la ricetta in realtà:

fare una crema inglese: far bollire il latte con la panna versare sui tuorli e lo zucchero e filtrare il tutto con un colino (= per eliminare i grumi...)
