più che pizzico direi stelo, non vedo però soffritto nella frase, forse hai più contesto: l'erba cipollina si usa anche per decorazioni, legature ecc., a volte scottandola un po' (blanchir= scottare, immergere per pochi secondi in acqua bollente)
