crema al mascarpone / di mascarpone Explanation: sembrerebbe che la crème paresseuse sia con il mascarpone piuttosto che con la chantilly : la consistenza è diversa detta paresseuse Voir cet échange de conseils culinaires: oh my God !!! tu mets du gin dans ta chantilly ???!!! rien ne va plus, soleil revient, Mercotte met du gin dans sa chantilly !! lol cela dit, ça m’a l’air délicieux tout ça, j’ai bien envie de la faire surtout la crème que je ferai à la paresseuse…au mascarpone et sans chantilly…mais peut être avec du gin tout de même !! |
