Cinzia, secondo me stuzzichini è la traduzione di amuse-gueule e non di grignotines. Il verbo grignoter significa mangiare fuoripasto. Se tu fai una ricerca di immagini su google per stuzzichini vedrai che si tatta piuttosto di alimenti per accompagnare l'aperitivo con una preparazione più complessa. Ovviamente scegli il termine che più ti conviene, per il glossario però rifletterei un po'. Ciao e buno lavoro.

Dans le texte le terme "grignotine " est placé tout de suite après muffins et croissants, on peut donc tout à fait supposer qu'il s'agit d'aliments sucrés comme les merendine.
L'essentiel est de citer tous ces aliments qui font partie de notre quotidien et qui contiennent de l'acide élaidique et donc certainement " le merendine " que l'on achète dans toutes les épiceries et supermarchés d'italie et d'ailleurs. Je dois même dire qu'à mon avis elles doivent arriver en tête des aliments riches en acide élaidique et que ce serait une erreur d'omettre ces produits dans la liste.
