Si tratta di una bevanda che preparano in Cina. In rete ho trovato questo:

Si les Yao ont à peu près les mêmes habitudes alimentaires que les Han, ils ont aussi quelques spécialités, comme le thé à l’huile (youcha 油茶), une sorte de soupe que l’on prépare en faisant d’abord frire les feuilles de thé. On verse ensuite de l’eau sur les feuilles, puis on ajoute quelques condiments (sel, poivre, gingembre…), ainsi que du riz soufflé, des haricots frits, des arachides et d’autres ingrédients encore. Cela donne une soupe parfumée, qui peut sembler d’abord un peu amère, mais dont le goût sucré ressort au bout d’un bol ou deux. Le thé à l’huile est une boisson saine qui favorise la circulation sanguine et réchauffe le corps.
