scusa, credo che visto il contesto si tratti semplicemente di latte con alta percentuale di crema, ovvero latte intero, in contrasto con lo scremato che è leggero. Qui mi sembra di capire che il contesto sono le intolleranze e spesso succede che non si riesca a digerire il latte con alto contenuto di crema (intero)

  -> hai ragione, infatti mi sa che si tratti del semplice LATTE INTERO (vedi nota aggiuntiva)
