French term or phrase: chaise longue Cari colleghi, in un testo di arredamento viene menzionata la Lockheed Lounge. Facendo una ricerca ho trovato che alcune volte viene indicata con il termine chaise longue, altre volte, invece, il termine viene tradotto con poltrona divano. Sono indecisa su quale forma adottare. Mi sembra più comune la forma francese ma sono in dubbio. Grazie per ogni suggerimento. per info Explanation: Non c’è nessun dubbio sul fatto che in quanto oggetto di “design” è il termine chaise longue che viene usato in italiano. E’ preso a prestito dal francese non col il significato originale di “sedia a sdraio” ma per il fatto che l’archetipo di quel tipo di oggetto d’interni è il modello inventato (nel 1928!) dall'architetto Le Corbusier che l’aveva proprio battezzata cosi: http://www.universalis.fr/encyclopedie/Z030033/CHAISE_LONGUE...
