Ces deux marmites sont utilisés pour du maintien en température et ne peuvent pas servir pour de
la remise en température ou de la cuisson d’aliments.
Deux modèles disponibles :
Marmite à potage Ø28 / Volume utile: 8 litres
Marmite chafing-dish Ø 36 / Volume utile: 8 litres
Les marmites à potages et chafing-dish doivent toujours fonctionner avec de l’eau dans la cuve.
Elles doivent être posées sur un support plat et stable et ne doivent pas être déplacées dans le cas
suivant :
- Lorsqu’elles sont sous tension
- Lorsqu’elles sont pleines
